GiveItem, GiveTech, and GiveFoundry, are part of the strategy game, so they will only work in XCOM HQ (Geoscape). I installed this mod and all seem to be ok. GivePerk, can only be used in the tactical game (Battlescape).
When I try to install Long War there, however, it doesn't seem to recognize that the executable is there, and thus won't install. I'm trying to install it to XCOM Enemy Within/XEW/Binaries/Win32, and checked to make sure that XcomEW.exe is there. Provided it is installed correctly, press the '\' to bring up the dev console. I'm wondering if there's something I'm doing wrong in my attempt to install the Long War mod.
